Get Help with Technology
Students and families can get technology support by phone, email, or in-person. All students have access to the district’s online. Sometimes, restarting a device can solve basic issues.

In-Person
Students may visit the Technology Specialist at their designated school?for in-person technology support. They may contact their school for details. Contact information is available on each?蝉肠丑辞辞濒’蝉?website.
羞羞视频官方 Digital Discovery students who need technology support can email studenthelp@bsd405.org from their 羞羞视频官方 email account. If their 羞羞视频官方 laptop is broken, students may also send an email from their 羞羞视频官方 account using another device by logging in to their email at www.office365.com.
Note: Students leaving the District may turn in devices and peripherals including laptops, laptop bags, hotspots, power adapters, and styluses to the school they attended last year. Visit the school’s website for information regarding summer office hours.
Access to Technology and the Internet
In service of equity, we are committed to ensuring all K-12 students have a device and Internet access. This applies to all students, regardless of the instructional model you selected (temporary remote/hybrid or virtual). We issued iPads to students in grades K-1 and laptops to students in grades 2-12. This provides all students access to continued learning, engagement and connection opportunities.

Added July 1, 2021: Washington’s K-12 Internet Access Program ended on June 30, 2021. To sign up for the Federal Communications Commission’s new Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, please visit .

Microsoft Teams is our Learning Management System (LMS). It is a communication and collaboration platform used by all K-12 teachers. Students join class meetings, access and submit assignments, and connect with classmates and educators. Explore the resources below.
